Three-Guarantees Policy

IK Lights Co., Ltd. ("IK Lights") strictly complies with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests" and other relevant laws to provide high-quality after-sales service. Below are the details of our three-guarantee policy:

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all lighting products purchased through official IK Lights channels, including:

  • Indoor Stage Lighting Series
  • Outdoor Stage Lighting Series
  • Architectural Lighting Series
  • Solar Light Series
  • Controllers and Accessories

II. Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

  • LED Light Source: 3-year free warranty
  • Driver Power Supply: 2-year free warranty
  • Housing and structural components: 1-year free warranty
  • Accessories & Consumables: 6-month free warranty

During the warranty period, we provide free repair services for malfunctions caused by product quality issues. Our response time will not exceed 48 hours.

3. Replacement Policy

Exchange Conditions

  • Report a quality issue with item 7 within days of receipt
  • Product performance failure under normal use
  • Products that still do not function properly after repair
  • Same issue unresolved after 2 repair attempts

For products eligible for exchange, we will send you a brand-new replacement within 3 business days after confirming the issue. All shipping costs for the exchange are covered by us.

IV. Return Policy

Return Conditions

  • Free returns within 7 days of receipt (product must be unused and in original condition).
  • Product has a critical quality issue and cannot be repaired or replaced
  • Incorrect model or specification, and replacement is not available.
  • Custom product does not meet agreed technical specifications

Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

  • Malfunctions caused by physical damage or improper use
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
  • Damage caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters
  • Normal wear and tear and aging of consumables
  • Not installed or used in accordance with the instructions
  • Products out of warranty

6. Service Process

  1. Contact support to report an issue (phone/email/web form)
  2. Provide product model, proof of purchase, and description of the issue.
  3. Customer support confirms the issue and provides a solution.
  4. Return the product as instructed or schedule a pickup for repair.
  5. Complete repair/return/exchange and submit feedback
